Liability for contents
The contents of our website have been compiled carefully. However, we cannot accept liability for the accuracy, completeness or up-to-datedness of contents. The valid guidelines and information pertaining to the respective programmes as well as the use of funds are the legally binding instances.
As a service provider general laws require us to be responsible for our own contents on this site in accordance with § 6, sub-section1, MDStV (German legal framework for electronic media) and § 8, sub-section 1, TDG (remote services statute). However, service providers are not required to monitor the information they provide or save from other sources, nor must they research into circumstances indicating illegal activity. The obligation to remove or block the use of information according to general laws shall remain unaffected by this. Liability in this respect only comes into force, however, from the moment when a concrete legal violation becomes known. Should we become cognisant of such legal violations we shall remove the contents immediately.
Liability for links
Our site includes links to third parties’ external websites; we have no influence on the contents thereof. We can, therefore, accept no liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator is responsible on principle for the contents of linked websites. Linked sites are investigated for possible legal violations at the time of linking. However, we cannot be expected to monitor the contents of linked sites continually if there has been no suggestion of concrete legal violations. Should we become cognisant of such legal violations we shall remove the links immediately.
The operators of the site endeavour to respect the copyright of others and/or to make use of their own items or those not requiring licensing.
The contents and items placed on this website by the operator are subject to German copyright law. Contributions from third parties are marked accordingly. Copying, processing, dissemination and any kind of exploitation outside the bounds of copyright law require specific written agreement from the author or compiler. Downloading and copying from this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.
